in 1989. Headed by Judi Hochman, with over 21 years of experience
searching for and finding the right people to fill the exact requirements
of key executive positions.
The firms major emphasis has been on
serving the needs of the banking industry and has also conducted
successful searches in other financial specialties such as insurance,
brokerage, real estate and mortgage lending. Extensive, hands-on
experience has enhanced Ms. Hochmans ability to complete successful

in the fields of banking, money management/trust, investment, and

Ms. Hochman was educated at Penn State University, New York University
Graduate School of Social Work and Columbia University Graduate
School of Psychology. She has had experience in the fields of education,
outplacement, counseling, Wall Street finance and executive recruiting.
Before forming her own recruiting firm, Ms. Hochman was with a national
search firm specialized in banking and with an international firm
finding executives for the entertainment industry.
Ms.Hochman has had experience as a psychological therapist that
enhances her ability to identify the best candidates. She also owned
a company that offered career building seminars for women, taught
at UCLA on career building and was in the New York City Mayors
office as financial advisor to the citys teen programs.
